I'm Kylian, a yoga teacher in Eindhoven. I teach vinyasa, yin and breathwork, calmly structured and open to every level. For studios and gyms, for teams, for groups and retreats.

I have been teaching since 2026. My experience is broad and my teaching practice is still young, and I am open about that. More under About.
What I teach
What I teach
A class is more than a series of postures. I build it so you know what is happening, can choose what suits your body, and leave calmer than you arrived. I work on body awareness: noticing what your body tells you and making conscious choices from it, on the mat and beyond.
1
Vinyasa
Moving with the breath. A clear build from warming up to a peak and back down, with options for those who want it calmer or want more challenge.
All levels
2
Yin
Slow and close to the ground. Postures you hold for a few minutes, with room to do nothing for a while. Combined with gentle breathing techniques.
Calm
3
Breathwork and pranayama
Simple, calm breathing exercises such as alternate nostril breathing and the full yogic breath. I teach them so you can use them on your own afterwards.
Can be booked separately
4
Meditation
Guided meditation, short at the end of a class or as a longer session. No fuss, and no need to feel anything special.
Short or long
5
Workshops on the nervous system and stress
An explanation of what stress does to your body, followed by exercises you can repeat yourself. For example my workshop on breath as a tool for regulating your nervous system, in Dutch or English.
For groups
6
Body awareness and personal leadership
Yoga as a way to notice what your body tells you and to handle it consciously. For anyone who wants to recognise their own limits, energy and choices better, as an individual or as the leader of a team. As a session, a workshop or part of a retreat.
Individual or team
7
Ceremony and movement
Cacao ceremony, ecstatic dance and yoga with live music, for groups and retreats. Yoga with live music is a format of my own that I am developing.
For events and retreats
Who for
Where I can be of use
Spira Yoga is a sole proprietorship. You always deal with me, from the first conversation to the class itself.
1
Studios and gyms
A regular weekly class or cover teaching. I teach yin and vinyasa to changing groups and levels, and I pick up a schedule quickly. You know beforehand what I teach and when I will be there.
For exampleA regular Wednesday evening class, cover for illness or holidays, a trial class for your members.
2
Companies and teams
A session on a team day, a series of classes on location or online, or a workshop on stress and breathing. For leaders and teams I combine body awareness with personal leadership. If your organisation also works on sustainability, there is the combination with Spira Impact.
For exampleA 30 minute energizer during an offsite, a month of lunchtime classes, a workshop for a team under pressure.
3
Groups and retreats
I join retreats and group weekends as a teacher or co facilitator: classes, workshops and ceremonies, and where needed programming and organisation too. In Spain I did this together with two other facilitators.
For exampleA teacher for your retreat, a yin evening with cacao, a weekend for a group of friends.
How I teach
A good class is clear enough to follow and calm enough to settle into.
Approach
How we work together
No heavy process, just clear agreements.
1
Introduction
A short conversation, by phone or over a cup of coffee in Eindhoven.
2
Aligning
Who is coming, what level, which room and how long. I draw up a proposal to fit.
3
The class or programme
I come prepared and adjust the class on the day to the group that is there.
4
Looking back
Afterwards we briefly talk through what worked and whether a follow up makes sense.
Kylian Klein Hesselink
About me
A broad base, a calm style
I am Kylian Klein Hesselink, a yoga teacher in Eindhoven and the only person behind Spira Yoga.
I did my training in April 2026 in the Peruvian Amazon: 200 hours of vinyasa, including yin, plus 20 hours of Ayurveda. After that I taught in Mexico, Costa Rica, Spain and the Netherlands, in hostels, an eco hotel, at a retreat and as a cover teacher.
My classes are calm, clearly structured and open to every level. I add knowledge of the nervous system and of stress, so you do not just move but also understand what is happening in your body.
Besides yoga I work as a sustainability advisor. I help scale ups and large companies, mainly in construction, energy and digital technology, to make sustainability land in their organisation. In both worlds I try to bring the same thing: overview, calm and choices that fit what people can handle.

Sustainability and impact
To be honest. I have been teaching since 2026. What I offer is a broad base, many different situations in which I have taught, and a calm, clear way of working. If you are looking for someone with decades of teaching experience, I am not there yet. If you are looking for someone who is well prepared, thinks along and is flexible, I am the right person.

Questions
What you may want to know
Your question not here? Feel free to send me a message.
What level are your classes for?
Every level. In a class I always offer a calmer and a more challenging option, so beginners and experienced students can work in the same class.
Do you also teach in English or Spanish?
Dutch is my mother tongue, my English is very good and my Spanish is fluent. I mostly teach in Dutch or English. A class in Spanish we agree on beforehand.
What does it cost?
That depends on the duration, the group size and the place. After a short conversation I send you a proposal, so you know where you stand.
Can you cover a class at short notice?
Often, yes. Send me a message with the date, time, style and level, and you will quickly hear whether it fits.
Do you also work for companies and on location?
Yes, on location in Eindhoven and the surrounding area and elsewhere by arrangement. Online is possible too, for example for teams that work in different places.
Are yoga or breathwork a replacement for medical care?
No. My classes are not medical treatment or therapy. If you have complaints, an injury, are pregnant or take medication, please talk to your doctor and tell me beforehand. Then I adjust the class.
Introduction
Shall we get to know each other?
Tell me in a few sentences what you are looking for: a regular class, a cover teacher, a session for your team or a teacher for your retreat. I reply as soon as I can.
